The meals are made with (what they state) "High Fullness Index" which decreases hunger soon after meals. The exception to the rule is the DOT1 household, members of which methylate K79 within the globular region of histone H3 and that are structurally not related to SET-area proteins four - 6 Current work suggests that SET-area-containing proteins methylate a couple of proteins along with histones (see later)
